Design With Sana provides professional website design and digital solutions on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
All project details, costs, and timelines are confirmed before the start of work.
All payments must be made as per the approved quotation or invoice.
Work begins only after partial or full payment confirmation.
Payments are non-refundable once a project has started, except in cases of failure to deliver.
Delayed payments may result in paused or cancelled projects.
Clients must:
Provide all necessary content, images, and details on time.
Review and approve work promptly.
Ensure that the materials they provide do not infringe copyrights or trademarks.
Delays in providing content may affect timelines.
All designs, code, and creative assets belong to Design With Sana until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We use trusted third-party platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
Design With Sana is not responsible for downtime, bugs, or updates caused by those external platforms.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as per the agreed scope.
Additional revisions or feature changes will be charged separately.
Post-launch support or maintenance requires a separate plan or agreement.
Design With Sana is not liable for:
Data loss, downtime, or third-party plugin issues.
Loss of business due to technical problems beyond our control.
Unauthorized changes made by the client after project completion.
We respect your confidentiality. All project details and client information are kept private and never shared with third parties, except as required by law.
We may terminate a project or agreement if:
The client breaches these Terms.
Payments are not made as agreed.
Communication or required material is unreasonably delayed.
Upon termination, all completed work remains the property of Design With Sana until full payment is received.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be handled through local courts or arbitration.
Design With Sana may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
